Noble Way provides systems design, integration, consulting, and managed services. Scope and fees are defined in separate agreements.

Noble Way is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid for the specific service in the preceding twelve months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, then arbitration in Sanya, Hainan.
